Ugh, winter seems like it’s been going on forever! Don’t want to go outside and walk to the studio or gym? Are you traveling a lot for work and it’s cramping your workout routine? Got a tight space, like me? I left the reality of my head getting caught on the cable as I nodded and curled, and shot along the narrow workout space I had to use.
This month we are going to give you some quick fixes to get your heart rate going to help you address these issues. This video is of the basic Hundreds. The Hundreds are always quick and reliable…guaranteed to give your HR a jump and initiate a sweat. You can modify as you wish. Do a few sets, keeping your head down if you need for one of them. Always remember…your pelvis is posteriorly tucked to protect your back. The lower the legs, the more intense.
