Here’s a modification for you! Add a little 🍷 to your plank/ bird dog! My last taste of the flight was “The Plank,” therefore, this is 💯 appropriate on a winery floor. My whole body needs to work in stabilizing this wonky body while I transfer my weight to sip the delicious red. The shoulder girdle of the contacting arm is firing overtime as the obliques and glute medius are lighting up to balance the weight transfer. Even us Pilates instructors can’t do everything perfectly 😉
