Requirements for Cold Plunge Use
To ensure your safety and comfort, guests must:
- Read and sign the Health & Safety Consent Form before each first
session. - Shower thoroughly before entering the plunge pool.
- Wear appropriate swimwear during use.
- Limit session time to a maximum of 3–5 minutes per immersion, or as advised by staff.
