At KURE Pilates, we value your time and the experience of all our members. To help us maintain a smooth and fair scheduling system, please review our cancellation and no-show policy below:

Cancellations:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your class.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class will result in one session being deducted from your class pack.
  • For members on unlimited memberships, a AED 85 late cancellation fee will apply

No-Shows:

If you miss a scheduled class without prior cancellation, a AED 100 no-show fee will be charged, in addition to the loss of class credit for package holders.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation — this policy ensures that all members have the opportunity to book and enjoy their preferred classes.

12-Hour Minimum Notice

We kindly request at least 12 hours’ notice if your plans change. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and helps your instructor create a more balanced experience for everyone in class.

No-Shows = Lost Credit + Fee

If you miss a class without cancelling, you’ll forfeit your session credit and incur a AED 100 no-show fee.

At KURE, every spot is intentional. In our intimate, boutique setting, a last-minute no-show means another member misses their moment for movement, mindfulness, and reset. Thank you for respecting our shared space and community rhythm.

Phone Usage:

To preserve our shared sense of calm and focus, we kindly ask that all phones are kept on silent mode during your visit.

Please store them away during class to fully honor your practice and protect the stress-free sanctuary we cultivate at KURE.

Social Media:

Your privacy is our highest priority. At times, our social media team may capture organic content within the studio with explicit permission.

If you prefer not to be filmed or photographed, simply let us know — we will always respect and honor your wishes.

10-Minute Rule:

For the safety and flow of every class, our doors close 10 minutes after the session begins. This ensures a seamless, uninterrupted experience for all participants.

Check-In Requirement:

Arriving on time allows your instructor to introduce the equipment, review form and alignment, and check in on any injuries or special conditions before class starts — helping us create a personalized, mindful experience tailored to your body and practice.

Location: Souk Al Manzil, Store #10 – Downtown Dubai.

Parking Options:

  • Complimentary underground parking available for up to 1 hour in the Souk Al Manzil parking area.
  • Valet parking is available through The Heritage Hotel – by Autograph Collection (charges apply and are at your own expense).

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class to allow time for parking, check-in, and a calm start to your KURE experience.

Note: To modify or cancel a class, please use the Momence App. Cancellations and booking changes cannot be handled at the studio or by phone.

Black+ Members:

To book your chauffeur service, please contact our team directly via WhatsApp. We’ll be happy to assist in scheduling your ride to and from your KURE session.
