Terms of Service

Welcome to KURE Pilates Studio — a sanctuary designed to restore balance, movement, and wellbeing.

By booking, purchasing, or attending a class or treatment with KURE, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

  • All class packs, memberships, and treatment sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Prices listed on our website and app are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • KURE reserves the right to update schedules, instructors, pricing, and policies at any time.

2. Booking & Attendance

  • Bookings can be made via the Momence App (available on iOS and Google Play) by searching “KURE Pilates.”

  • Clients must check in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to class start time.

  • Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes will not be permitted entry, as doors lock for safety and flow.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations: Require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in a deducted session credit or AED 85 late fee for unlimited plan holders.

  • No-Shows: Missing a class without prior cancellation will incur a AED 100 no-show fee, in addition to the loss of class credit.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

4. Conduct & Studio Etiquette

To preserve the collective calm of the studio:

  • Phones must remain on silent and stored away during class.

  • Please respect others’ space and energy — KURE is a judgment-free, mindful environment.

  • The instructor and studio management reserve the right to refuse service or entry if behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any existing injuries, conditions, or pregnancies prior to class participation.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • KURE Pilates and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during class or use of facilities.

  • Please consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness or wellness regimen.

6. Facility Use

  • Access to amenities such as the Hydro Suite is reserved for booked clients only.

  • Clients are expected to keep shared spaces tidy and follow all posted guidelines.

  • KURE reserves the right to restrict facility access if policies are not respected.

 

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is our highest priority.
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy & Data Protection Policy, available on our website

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • All promotional offers, gift cards, or credits must be used within the stated validity period.

  • Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or transferred to another account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
