Tips:

At the beginning of your practice, lightly spraying water on the top surface of the mat will prevent sliding, if you have dry hands and feet. The mat grips better the more you sweat!

Care instruction:

Hand wash: wipe with clean wet towel,do not wring/twist,hang to dry.

If needed,use diluted mild detergent,wash to clean,hang to dry. (No tumble dry. No bleach.)

To speed up drying, wrap the mat in a towel and squeeze out excess water.

Storage:

Wrap the mat with printing side out, store in cool and dry place when not in use,avoid sun exposure.
