Shipping & Return Policy
At KURE, we take great care to ensure that your wellness essentials reach you safely, efficiently, and on time.
This policy outlines our shipping, delivery, and return procedures for a seamless shopping experience.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a tracking number once it has been shipped.
2. Delivery Timeframes
UAE Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Express Delivery (Dubai Only): 1–2 business days
GCC & International Orders: 5–10 business days (depending on customs clearance and destination)
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Complimentary delivery is offered on all UAE orders above AED 500.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
5. Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — such as courier disruptions or customs inspections.
We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
6. In-Studio Collection
Prefer to collect your order in person?
You may select “Studio Collection” at checkout and collect your items from:

Available during business hours.
7. Returns & Exchanges
At KURE, we want you to love every item you bring into your wellness routine.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, grip socks, yoga mats, and wellness accessories are non-returnable once opened.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process all returns.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
