Studio Policies

At KURE, we are committed to creating a serene, respectful, and inspiring environment for every guest.
To maintain the highest standards of experience and safety, we kindly ask all clients to review and follow the studio policies below.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All classes and Hydro-Suite sessions must be booked in advance through our Momence App or via our website.

  • Download the Momence App for the easiest booking experience:

  • Search “KURE Pilates” to sign up and start booking.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

  • Class availability is subject to capacity and instructor scheduling.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.

  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will result in a session deduction.

  • No-shows will result in a AED 100 fee and loss of session credit.

  • For memberships with unlimited access, a late cancellation fee of AED 85 will apply.

This policy ensures fairness for all clients and allows others to book open spaces.

3. Arrival & Check-In

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and prepare.

  • Doors will lock 10 minutes after class begins to ensure a safe and seamless session.

  • Late arrivals will not be permitted once the class has started.

4. Phones & Devices

To preserve focus and calm during sessions:

  • All phones must be set to silent during class.

  • Please store phones away in lockers or bags throughout your session.

  • Recording, filming, or phone use during class is not permitted.

5. Social Media & Privacy

  • Your privacy is our priority. On occasion, our team may capture organic social content within the studio space — always with explicit consent.

  • If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff beforehand.

Your request will always be respected.

6. Attire & Grip Socks

  • Proper Pilates attire and grip socks are required for all classes to ensure safety and hygiene.

  • Grip socks are available for purchase at the KURE retail counter.

7. Hydro-Suite Policy

  • Sessions are 30 minutes and for solo use only.

  • Guests must review and sign our Health & Safety Form before use.

  • A shower is required before using the Cold Plunge.

  • Swimwear is mandatory.

  • Please respect your time slot to allow the next guest a smooth experience.

8. Studio Etiquette

  • Please respect the calm and minimal atmosphere of KURE.

  • Maintain low voices and mindful movements within all studio areas.

  • Shoes are not permitted in the studio — please use the designated cubbies.

  • Food and open drinks are not allowed inside class areas.

10. Terms & Conditions

  • All class and treatment packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Booking is required and subject to availability.

  • VAT applies to all purchases.

  • KURE reserves the right to adjust pricing, class schedules, and policies as needed.
